Crypto Clarity AI ("we", "us") builds a portfolio audit tool. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Email address, only if you buy the $19 audit, email us for support, or choose to opt in to a guide. You can run the free demo without giving us an email.
- Portfolio holdings, only if you choose to save them to your account. Holdings are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never see them in plaintext on disk.
- Usage data, page views, button clicks, and basic device info via Google Analytics 4. This helps us improve the product.
- Payment info, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not connect to your wallets.
- We do not request seed phrases or private keys.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
How we use it
- To run portfolio audits and email you alerts.
- To send you product updates and educational emails. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To improve the product (aggregated, anonymized).
Third parties we use
- Stripe, payments
- Resend, email delivery
- Google Analytics, usage analytics
- Cloudflare Turnstile, bot protection on signup forms
Advertising and sponsors
Crypto Clarity AI is free to use and is supported by clearly labeled sponsors. Here is exactly how that works:
- All sponsor placements are clearly labeled as sponsored and are kept separate from your portfolio analysis.
- Sponsors never influence, see, or change your analysis, scores, or recommendations.
- We do not target sponsor placements using your holdings, portfolio values, or any personal data. Targeting is limited to broad, non-personal signals: the page or placement, device type, schedule, broad geography, and whether you are on the free risk check.
- Sponsor creatives are first-party hosted images with a link. We do not load third-party ad scripts, pixels, or trackers to serve them.
- Crypto Clarity AI lifetime access removes all sponsor placements. Customers who purchased before the free relaunch are grandfathered permanently ad-free.
Your rights
Email us at support@cryptoclarityai.com to request data export or deletion. We honor all requests within 30 days.
